Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating financing alternatives, debt structures and repayment sources.
• Prepare and maintain financial analyses, debt models, schedules and client-ready materials.
• Analyze existing debt, future borrowing needs and fund balances.
• Support debt issuance engagements from planning through execution and closing.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborative discussions with issuers and professionals.
