Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.

• Advanced Adobe Acrobat skills; strong Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate web content, social posts, blog articles, and videos for public audiences.
• Translate technical content into clear, engaging materials for non-technical readers.
• Develop visuals and materials with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Support conference collateral, presentations, and event-related communications.
• Provide backup editorial support for manuscripts, reports, and policies as needed.
• Maintain publication records and assist with publication workflows and archives.
• Assist with templates in Word and PowerPoint; troubleshoot document formatting for publications.
