City of Moorhead is hiring a Community Service Officer to engage with residents, respond to service calls, and help address animal, parking, traffic and property concerns. You will patrol the community and enforce ordinances while maintaining professional communication and practical assistance when it matters most.

The ideal candidate has experience working with the community, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Moorhead geography, exposure to animals, and awareness of City ordinances.

• Experience engaging with the community and the public.
• Excellent communication skills in varied situations.
• Knowledge of Moorhead geography and local area.
• Experience or exposure with domestic and wild animals.
• Awareness of City of Moorhead ordinances.

Responsabilités

• Support residents and respond to a wide range of service calls.
• Address animal, parking, traffic and property concerns as they arise.
• Patrol the community for ordinance violations and safety issues.
