Qualifications

• High school diploma from an accredited school or a GED.

• Maintains public and City buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Sets up and breaks down rental components and meeting rooms for public use.
• Cleans floors, walls, fixtures, and restrooms; reports repairs as needed.
• Operates custodial equipment safely and assists with minor repairs and maintenance.
• May coordinate events with lessees and serve as day-of-event contact.
