Responsibilities

• Manage case load with minimal supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently.
• Maintain positive client relationships regarding case assessment, investigation, discovery and litigation developments.
