Job summary

LumenCeler Group in California is seeking a Municipal/Public Entity Attorney with 3–10+ years of civil litigation experience and California Bar admission. The role focuses on representing cities, counties, school districts, and public agencies in a hybrid litigation/advisory practice.

You will advise on labor, governance, contracts, compliance, and related matters, work directly with agency leadership, and may engage in investigations and strategic guidance, with hybrid or remote options

Qualifications

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Advise public agency clients on labor & employment, governance, contracts, compliance, and related legal issues

• Conduct investigations and provide strategic legal guidance

• Work directly with agency leadership, boards, and city officials

• Support both litigation and day-to-day advisory matters across a broad range of municipal issues
