Job summary

The Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes in Doral seeks a Program Administrator to oversee the Bureau's Public Engagement section and report to the Bureau Chief.

The role manages supervisors and staff, assigns work, conducts performance reviews, coordinates recruitment, leave approvals, and handles daily administrative duties.

You will liaise with management on training, planning, budgeting, and policy needs, and help maintain bureau procedures.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years supervisory experience.
• Four (4) years of investigatory or regulatory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bureau's Public Engagement section.
