• Collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and residents to promote City programs and services.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for community members seeking assistance or information about City services.
• Address and resolve concerns by coordinating with appropriate City departments and providing timely responses.
• Design and manage programs that address community needs, promote civic engagement, and report on outcomes.
• Develop informational materials and use digital platforms to engage with the community.
