Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate public information via website and social media platforms.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to user comments to engage the community.
• Serve as liaison between City and news media; manage relationships.
• Provide emergency communication support and crisis communication planning.
• Compile city data and track KPIs to inform commissions.
