The Lane County Elections team is seeking an Office Assistant 2 to support voter registration, election-related customer service, and ballot processing. This is a highly public-facing role requiring accuracy, professionalism, and a focus on excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports the Lane County Clerk's Office within the Elections division and is subject to a full background check.

Qualifications

• Two years of responsible clerical and office assistance experience.
• Background check required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at application and Oregon license by appointment.
• AFSCME represented position.

Responsabilités

• Assist community members with voter registration and election-related services.
• Provide accurate, respectful, and helpful customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Process ballots and support election activities as needed.
• Support the Elections team with orderly, compliant procedures.
