Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Support Center Coach to support a public diplomacy office at the Department of State. You will manage a portfolio of missions and serve as the liaison between practitioners and Department resources, field requests, and connect them with expertise across the Bureau and Department.

The role includes coaching sessions to empower self-discovery and accountability, applying coaching best practices, and solving complex challenges with a range of solutions.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance.
• Experience in public diplomacy or government client work.
• FIVE+ years in leadership roles improving performance at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of embassies, consulates, and domestic offices.
• Field and triage incoming requests and identify practitioner needs.
• Conduct consultations to design solutions and connect with subject-matter experts.
• Provide coaching sessions to empower practitioners and support self-discovery.
