Job Description

• 
  
  Oversee all field operations for public construction projects from start to finish
• 
  
  Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• 
  
  Enforce safety regulations in accordance with OSHA and NYC DOB standards
• 
  
  Maintain site logs, daily reports, and track progress using tools like Procore or similar platforms
• 
  
  Interface with agency officials and ensure adherence to contract specs and public procurement guidelines
• 
  
  Support subcontractor buyout, scheduling, inspections, and turnover phase

The Successful Applicant

  Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on public sector construction projects

  Prior experience working on projects for SCA, DDC, DASNY, or EDC is required

  Strong understanding of NYC building codes, DOB requirements, and agency compliance
• 
  
  NYC OSHA SST Card (62 hours), Site Safety Manager license or Superintendent license preferred

  Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
