About Our Client
The hiring organization is a long-established Long Island-based general contractor known for delivering large-scale ground-up public and institutional projects throughout New York City, including SCA, DDC, and EDC work.
Job Description
Work on-site daily alongside the lead Superintendent and MEP team
Coordinate trades, monitor schedule adherence, and ensure site safety
Assist with project documentation and oversee mechanical systems (if MEP-focused)
Interface with subcontractors and project stakeholders regularly

2-5 years of construction experience, ideally in NYC public sector projects
Background with firms like Gilbane, Turner, or AECOM is a plus
Familiarity with 2D/3D modeling (Revit, BIM) preferred
A team player who's organized, proactive, and eager to learn
