Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 7–12+ years in Public Company D&O underwriting.
• Strong understanding of securities litigation and corporate governance issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of public company D&O accounts ranging from middle-market to large-cap organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key stakeholders.
• Lead new and renewal strategy discussions and presentations with clients and brokers.
