The Financial Institutions Underwriting Manager is responsible for underwriting, management, and growth of a diverse profitable portfolio of new and renewal financial institution within the Central Region (can also open up to west coast). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of complex financial institutions risks, corporate governance practices, regulatory developments, and insurance market conditions, enabling them to deliver sound underwriting decisions and strategic risk management guidance. The position requires subject matter expertise in Directors & Officers Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Crime & Fidelity, and serves as a key resource for clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is preferred.
Experience: 7-12+ years of experience in Financial Institutions preferred with demonstrated knowledge and skills to support leadership in scaling a profitable portfolio.
Established network of broker relationships and strong reputation within the Financial Institutions network.
