Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid to senior-level corporate associate for its New York, NY office to practice in public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets, supporting a securities practice focused on life sciences, technology and digital assets.

The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft memos and contracts, manage complex transactions from inception to resolution, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop transaction

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in public company and capital markets.
• Experience with Nasdaq and NYSE listing and governance.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop transaction strategies.
• Participate in high-level client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
