Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Boston seeks a mid to senior level corporate associate to join its capital markets group, focusing on public company reporting, compliance, and governance. You will work closely with public companies and govern an active securities practice.

Responsibilities include drafting memos and contracts, researching complex transactions, and building client relationships while coordinating with partners to develop transaction strategies in a leading AmLaw setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public company and capital markets.
• Experience with public companies and periodic reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
• Experience with Nasdaq and NYSE listing and governance requirements.
• Experience with issuers, underwriters, and financial intermediaries.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
• Education: JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Certifications: Admitted to practice in the state of office location.
