Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in Public Relations, Communications, Social Media, Marketing or Graphic Design.
• Associate of Arts degree (60 units) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree desirable.
• Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit content for web, social media, email, and print materials.
• Coordinate content calendar and strategically plan publication across channels.
• Create analytic reports for website traffic and social media engagement.
• Respond to staff and general public inquiries and monitor engagement.
• Support citywide internal and external communications and campaign efforts.
