Experience in design supervision, contract preparation, on-site coordination, and budgeting/cost control.

Responsibilities

Manage design, construction, and delivery of new County buildings and renovations.
Plan, estimate, and implement construction contracts and projects; create contract scope and administer contracts.
Represent Seminole County when communicating with architects, engineers, and contractors during construction.
Participate in budget processes for the division and perform performance evaluations.
Coordinate with elected officials, project stakeholders, and site personnel; respond in emergencies as needed.
