Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years of extensive security management experience, including significant supervisory responsibilities and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement and managing multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of security technology, emergency preparedness, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage security agreements and contracts for multiple County buildings.
• Collaborate with the Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement agencies.
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of surveillance camera systems and other security technologies.
• Test and conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop, schedule, and conduct safety and security training programs for County personnel.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Supervise and evaluate security staff assigned to County facilities.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to security operations, incidents, and compliance.
