Responsabilités

• Oversee full-cycle construction administration for public projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, sub-consultants, and public agency representatives.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and local codes through field observations.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and change orders to keep schedules and budget.
• Prepare field observation reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
