• Correctional / Jail Facility Experience: Demonstrated direct experience managingconstruction administration or architectural oversight within correctional facilities, detention centers, orhigh-security public safety environments.
• Autonomous Project Management: Proven track record of managing project-level constructionadministration independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Industry Background: Minimum 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, orowner's representation experience on complex institutional or public sector projects.
• Communication & Technical Acumen: Superior oral and written communication skills, with strongcapabilities in contractor negotiations and multi-disciplinary coordination.
