Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in reviewing, monitoring, determining eligibility for, or administering public assistance programs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to management, quality control, and field staff.
• Examine a random sample of cases to determine accuracy and compliance with laws and procedures.
• Ensure federally set access procedures and formats are used correctly and timely.
• Collect and analyze data for verification of compliance.
