Job summary

Mary’s Center seeks an Entitlement Manager to oversee BHAP, DC Health Link, and related county programs, ensuring adherence to Medicaid, Alliance, and entitlement processes for DC and Maryland residents. You will supervise staff, coordinate enrollment activities, and report to leadership with both data and narrative insights.

The role requires coordinating across District, PG County, and Montgomery County partners, ensuring compliant enrollment support and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred and direct client work knowledge of public benefits programs.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality protocols and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff that work directly with participants to screen for insurance eligibility.
• Ensure coverage at Mary’s Center and other locations as identified.
• Develop enrollment processes for Medicaid, Alliance, and other entitlements.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide resources for effectiveness and corrective actions as needed.
• Assemble documentation and data for reports and provide both quantitative data and narrative reports to funders.
• Attend meetings and schedule staff for outreach and enrollment events.
• Strengthen partnerships with community resources in DC, Prince George’s County and Montgomery County.
