Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Tulsa, OK seeks an Eligibility Services supervisor to oversee the day-to-day task functionality of the department, ensuring adherence to department policies and government benefit program rules.

The role requires coaching staff, monitoring productivity and quality, and acting as a policy expert across hospital systems and related offices. Some travel may be required to partner with Case Management, Patient Access and Financial Counseling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience interacting with patients regarding hospital financial issues.
• Superior customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels effectively.
• Strong ability to multi-task required.
• Demonstrated use of AI to lean into process and technological improvements.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred; CRCR certification sought.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day to day task functionality of the Eligibility Services department.
• Acts as subject matter expert for department policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of federal/state county benefit program requirements.
• Monitors staff productivity and quality; coaches as needed.
• Travel may be required and collaboration with other revenue cycle teams.
