Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required at both levels.
• Two years full-time public contact experience required for I and II.
• CBMS experience preferred for II; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants and recipients by phone or in person to determine eligibility.
• Gather and review information to assess initial and continuing eligibility for programs.
• Explain program requirements and assist with forms and verifications.
