The Olde Naples Hotel is seeking a full-time Public Attendant/Housekeeping support role in Naples, FL. This position requires open availability Monday through Sunday and English proficiency; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways and guest floors, assisting Room Attendants, transporting laundry and trash, and organizing storage areas. The role emphasizes teamwork and proactive maintenance awareness to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, guest floors and other areas of the hotel.
• Support Room Attendants with routine tasks such as stripping beds, replacing linen, and emptying wastebaskets.
• Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage room on each floor.
• Transport trash from guest floors to dumpsters.
• Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room.
• Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
