Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Support role in Naples, FL. The team will assist Room Attendants and other housekeeping staff in daily tasks, ensuring clean hallways, guest floors and public areas.

Candidates should be available Monday through Sunday and able to speak English; bilingual applicants are a plus. Benefits include health, dental, life, and vision insurance, a 401(k), hotel-related discounts, and meal provisions for shifts.

Qualifications

• Full-time role with open availability Monday–Sunday.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, guest floors and other areas of the hotel
• Supporting Room Attendants with their routine by stripping beds, removing & replacing linen, emptying wastebaskets, stocking supplies, etc.
• Transport linen carts with clean laundry from laundry room to storage room of each floor
• Transport trash from guest floors to dumpsters
• Clean and organize items stored in laundry room, supply/storage closets, linen room, and/or uniform room
• Identify and report preventative maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships
