Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment after training.
• Able to stand and walk for most of the shift (approximately 90%).
• Capable of frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Ability to push housekeeping carts up to 125 lbs and linen carts up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, public areas, guest hallways, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost; maintain loading dock and trash areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize public spaces.
• Restock restroom supplies and guest amenities.
• Clean meeting rooms (SocietyM) and support housekeeping operations as needed.
• Handle Lost & Found items according to hotel procedures.

Would you like the opportunity to work as a House Attendant mainly as a Public Area attendant in a modern bouquet hotel in the Seattle Area. The House Attendant primarily works in front-of-house areas and on guest floors, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities include maintaining public area spaces including indoor and outdoor, guest hallways and linen rooms, transporting laundry bins and trash from guest floors, and delivering dirty glasses and dishes to the kitchen. The role may also provide support with cleaning public areas as needed.

TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, public areas, guest hallways, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost; maintain loading dock and trash areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize public spaces.
• Restock restroom supplies and guest amenities.
• Clean meeting rooms (SocietyM) and support housekeeping operations as needed.
• Handle Lost & Found items according to hotel procedures.

Use hotel technology to complete and track assigned tasks.

• Report maintenance issues promptly.

Follow OSHA, hotel, and company safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping Management regarding operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as needed as directed by the Business Unit Manager.
