Brittain Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Houseperson to engage with guests daily, ensuring a welcoming environment and supporting the housekeeping team. Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, assisting with laundry and supplies, and delivering excellent service to guests.

The role requires weekend availability, physical stamina for demanding tasks, and a strong commitment to reliability and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Housekeeping Room Attendants by delivering supplies, removing trash and linens, moving furniture, running calls, and assisting with heavy cleaning tasks as required.
• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including hallways, stairwells, windows, lobbies, elevators, and other communal spaces.
• Clean guest rooms as needed.
• Keep linens stocked and organized on carts and shelves, and deliver as requested to proper rooms.
• Report all lost and found items in compliance with company policy.
• Assist hotel guests with questions or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
