Responsibilities

• Public areas cleaning and upkeep, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms and meeting spaces.
• Assist housekeeping with delivering linens, supplies and removing trash.
• Support room readiness and guest-request response to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Respond to guest requests with a courteous, service-focused attitude.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is functional.
