Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Associate to clean and straighten guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and service areas in accordance with property standards. This role includes moving furniture, stocking supplies, and transporting linens and trash as needed.

Responsibilities also include fulfilling guest service requests, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and floors, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Six months experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies; able to perform all duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Restock hotel supply areas at start of shift.
• Move furniture to facilitate cleaning per standards.
• Respond to in-room guest service calls for towels, linens, and amenities.
• Transport soiled linens to designated areas and vacuum halls and rooms.
• Clean rooms per standards: beds, bathrooms, floors, and fixtures.
• Log maintenance requests and assist with lighting repairs as needed.
• Work as part of a team and perform related duties.
