Job summary

Blossom Hotel Houston is seeking a House Person to support the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest cleanliness standards for guests. You will stock supplies, shuttle linen, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities include cleaning corridors and guest areas, reporting repairs, and ensuring service areas are well maintained. This role requires physical activity, English communication, and availability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for 8 hours.
English communication; bilingual is a plus.
Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to room attendants.
Unload soiled linen from rooms and carts then transport to laundry area.
Unload trash from housekeeping carts and dispose of refuse.
Process guest request calls in a friendly and timely manner.
Perform deep clean projects for corridors, guest rooms and back of house.
Report needed repairs.
Process trash from service landings and trash room to loading dock dumpster.
Vacuum, sweep, mop hallways, stairwells and service elevator landings.
Clean windows and mirrors in the hotel.
