Job summary

The Victor Hotel in Miami Beach is seeking a Houseman to maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas and support room attendants. This full-time role offers a dynamic, guest-focused environment in a bustling hotel setting.

You will assist with linens, towels, amenities, and supplies, respond to guest requests, and help ensure safety and sanitation standards throughout the property. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and pool areas.
• Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms or banquet spaces as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
