Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented House Attendant for the San Clemente Inn in San Clemente, CA. This part-time role supports housekeeping by supplying materials, cleaning public areas, and assisting supervisors to maintain a welcoming property.

You will work 1st shift, on-site, with opportunities to cross-train and contribute to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Ideal candidates have reliable attendance, strong customer service, and the ability to work well

Qualifications

Detail oriented and thorough approach to cleaning and guest service.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills and guest-focused attitude.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience working in a diverse team environment is beneficial.
Hospitality experience, especially in time-share settings, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Room Attendants with supplies necessary to perform their duties.
Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.
Clean and maintain the resort corridors, stairs, patio deck, and public areas.
Assist with VIP room preparations and general maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with front desk and supervisors and support daily operations.
Maintain a professional and consistent attendance record and adhere to standards.
