Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant I to clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the resort's high standards in California. You will work with little supervision while ensuring safety and exceptional service to guests and owners.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of related experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry (time share preferred).
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean all rooms to resort standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain carts/stations for appearance and efficiency.
• Replace linens, towels, and supplies with new items as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms per housekeeping checklists.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and dispose trash as required.
• Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and associates.
