Job summary

Generation Hospitality Group is seeking a House Person to support the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This full-time, hourly role collaborates with room attendants and supervisors to ensure public and back-of-house areas are tidy and stocked.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• No prior housekeeping experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, checklists, and safety guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobbies and other public areas.
• Transport and sort clean vs. soiled linens to storage or laundry areas.
• Empty trash and recycling in public and staff areas.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
