Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, restrooms, and pool areas.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering and retrieving linen, towels, and guest supplies.
• Empty trash throughout guest areas and hotel.
• Restock housekeeping closets and carts with necessary supplies and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest and team requests with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Ensure proper handling and care of hotel equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Support deep‑cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, resort policies, and departmental procedures.
