Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Property Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of all public areas within the unit, while serving as an ambassador for the area’s offerings to guests with a friendly, positive attitude.

Qualifications

Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service abilities: actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
People oriented, strong communication/public speaking skills.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented skills are a must.
Must adhere to company appearance and uniform standards.
Valid Driver’s License
Strong sanitation habits and attention to detail.
Ability to stay on task independently without constant direction and supervision.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned areas are clean and neat as directed by management.
Continually clean ash urns.
Clean bathhouses and restrooms, and picnic areas in assigned areas.
Address, clean, and empty trash receptacles, picnic tables, and debris throughout the unit.
Maintain pristine common areas in employee housing.
Prepare and clean individual employee housing units, as needed.
Assist with the housekeeping of houseboats and eco-tents.
Other duties as assigned.
