Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking a Property Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of all public areas within the unit. You will also act as an ambassador for local offerings, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude with guests.

Essentials include cleaning assigned areas, handling trash and debris, and supporting housekeeping tasks for houseboats and eco-tents. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness in assigned public areas as directed by management.
• Clean ash urns, bathhouses, restrooms, and picnic areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and debris; tidy employee housing and common areas.
• Assist with housekeeping of houseboats and eco-tents as needed.
• Prepare and clean individual employee housing units.
