Base pay range

Position Summary:

Maintain high cleanliness standards of all resort common areas and assist with guest requests to ensure a quality guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Clean public common areas, restrooms, and other guest use areas (campgrounds, restrooms, fire pits, etc.)
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned by supervisor
• Report maintenance issues and damage to supervisor
• Assist with guest questions and requests
• Follow department policies and procedures
• Work safely, wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment
• Understand and meet responsibilities within the Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Must be able to walk, twist, bend, push, and pull for most of the day
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Provide appropriate guidance to guests and answer questions

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year of housekeeping or similar experience preferred
• Resort/National Park experience is a plus

Hourly rate: $18.00/hr
