Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries accurately about hotel services and local attractions.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment.
• Inspect and clean designated areas with proper cleaning methods and supplies.
• Ensure security of hotel property and equipment.
• Report damages or maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
