Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls Downtown is seeking a Full-Time Public Area Attendant for night shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) to maintain cleanliness of all public areas and support hotel operations. You will help ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for guests and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 40 lb, and a detail-oriented approach. Benefits include health/vision/life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall cleanliness of all public areas assigned to meet brand, hotel, and guest expectations.
• Proactively assists all other departments to support overall hotel operations and positive guest experiences.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.
• Cleans and sanitizes all public bathrooms daily and between events.
• Cleans and resets the Public Room to ensure placement standards are met; reports deficiencies to Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintains upkeep and presentation of public area hallways and stairwells.
• Assists housekeeping as needed and supports other departments when able.
