Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping team member to maintain pristine public areas and guest spaces. You will keep lobbies, restrooms, and corridors spotless and welcoming, ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

You’ll respond to guest requests, follow company standards of conduct, and work harmoniously with colleagues. The role offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to contribute to a luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or guest services is preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail is essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas
• Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms. Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
