Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX, seeks a Public Area Attendant to keep our resort spotless and welcoming. You will vacuum, dust, and maintain public spaces including restrooms, waterpark areas, and entrances, while ensuring elevators and windows stay clean and debris-free.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empties waste receptacles in common areas.
• Reads SDS sheets for all chemicals and uses them as directed.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage.
• Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed.
