Hilton is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness across hotel public spaces. Your day includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and ensuring restrooms and corridors are spotless, while greeting guests and addressing requests with warmth and efficiency.

You will support housekeeping and undertake periodic deep cleaning tasks, contributing to an exceptional guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in hospitality or service roles.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle requests.
• Strong teamwork and dependable work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Keep public areas spotless and safe (restrooms, hallways, elevators, event spaces).
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
• Assist in guest room cleaning and support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
