Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Public Area Attendant to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves maintaining hotel and residential public areas, addressing guest requests promptly, and assisting the Housekeeping team.

Ideal candidates will have a background in cleaning or housekeeping in a luxury setting. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible schedule for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting.

About the Role:

The Public Area Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel and residential public spaces. This position is responsible for ensuring all guest‑facing areas are maintained to the highest level of quality, creating an environment that reflects the elegance and excellence of Four Seasons.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of hotel and residential public areas.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.

• Support the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties and special projects as assigned.

• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards in a timely manner.

• Contribute to a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and residents.

What You Bring:

• Previous housekeeping, or cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, including interacting with guests.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
