Job Description Summary

JOB OVERVIEW:
Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Clean and service assigned areas according to standards, including public restrooms, lobby, phone areas, vending areas, and employee break areas.
2. Strip and wax floors, clean and polish furniture, railings, table tops, and mirrors.
3. Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
4. Respond to guest complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
5. Monitor supplies and minimize waste.
6. Handle lost and found items per procedures.
7. Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
8. Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel public spaces preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
