WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

- The Public Area Attendant will be assigned one restroom per shift, and be stationed at that location to ensure the restroom remains clean, while offering amenities to the guest (i.e. hair spray, perfume, lotion, etc.)

May be assigned additional tasks as needed:

  1. Perform to exceptional high standards the cleaning duties in public and back of house areas, as assigned, in order to achieve the cleanest, most comfortable experience for our guests and fellow staff, in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
  2. Sweep and vacuum carpets and floors.
  3. Mop floors.
  4. Dust and polish fixtures, furniture, and flooring.
  5. Clean windows and doors.
  6. Wash and wipe down stairwells, baseboards, walls, waste cans, and other items as assigned.
  7. Remove trash cans and debris.
  8. Responsible for prompt attention to cleaning up spills or accidents or debris.
  9. Conduct all guest and staff interactions in a pleasant and helpful manner and be knowledgeable of and forthright with information about our property and services.
  10. Maintain a clean working area at all times and ensure that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.

  5. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  6. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
  7. Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
  8. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
  9. Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
STARTING SALARY

$15.50 per hour
