As a public area attendant, you are responsible for ensuring every inch of the hotel's public space looks perfect. Responsibilities:

• Ensure hotel public areas are clean and tidy, addressing any issues promptly.
• Clean restrooms, walls, floors, vacuum, tidy, and polish surfaces.
• Attend to guests' questions and needs graciously.
• Keep common areas neat and free of debris.
• Complete checklists and inventory sheets accurately.
• Report missing or damaged items immediately.
• Remove trash and bottles from common areas and offices.
• Use only approved cleaning supplies.
• Follow special care instructions for floors and surfaces.
• Wear a proper uniform in a neat and professional manner.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
